Gentle drawstring trouser with side pockets and a false fly, cut to sit on the waist. Designed in 3 variations: cropped and tapered, wide leg, and shorts. Just a wee bit more challenging than pajama pants this is a great next step project. You’ll gain confidence and learn something new!
Limited to 4 students(16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
Level: Easy intermediate. You know how to thread a machine, sew a straight line, and wind a bobbin.
We provide: the studio space, tools and expertise.
You bring: A copy of the pattern (available in the store) and fabric you love! You’ll need 1/2″ elastic, webbing/cording/twill ribbon for the waist, and coordinating thread; we offer 15% off materials purchased for any of our classes.
We recommend tracing the pattern on Swedish Tracing paper prior to the first workshop. Not sure about the size or how to measure your rise? Ask a craft associate.
Class length: 3 hours per session for a total of 6 hours
