In combination with the Buttonhole Foot with Slide, this tool improves feed when sewing buttonholes on thick and fleecy materials, as well as on edges.
Instructions: Raise the presser foot. Set needle to topmost position. Attach the adapter plate to the buttonhole foot with slide from the front. Push the feeding rail into the opening of the adapter plate from below.
Compatibility: Compatible with b37 and b38 sewing machines.
