Road Trip Sock Yarn® is a collection of yarns specially dyed to represent the excitement of road trip adventures to various places. For all of us city commuters, everyday is a road trip (train track?) adventure. Each “Road Trip” style yarn is dyed twice to achieve dramatic contrasts of colors within each skein. First they go into a tonal dye-bath, then they are returned to the dyer for a fun addition of speckles! These juxtapositions of colors reveal beautiful stitch depth and the final result lends itself to a fun intermingling of colors. Perfect for socks, of course, but a great choice for any accessory! Hand-dyed in Boulder, Colorado! These fibers are sourced from mulesing free farms. This yarn meets the inspection and certification program run by AWEX. All wool is sourced from farms which comply with high animal welfare standards.
