You may not realize that gather here stocks Rosa Pomar Retrosaria Mungo yarn (as well as four other breed specific yarns milled and spun in Portugal). Mungo is a recycled wool and cotton yarn. It is entirely spun from pre-consumer waste generated by Portuguese spinning mills. As we head into spring we wanted to work on a sweater that would be just as lovely to wear on a cool summer evening as it was to knit. This is a seamless raglan sweater worked top-down in the round. The neck shaping is achieved through short rows.
Limited to 6 students (16 yrs of age or older)
Level: Intermediate (you know how to knit, purl, cast on and cast off.) You will become very confident with the brioche stitch.

You bring: This KAL is free with yarn purchase. If you are using yarn already in your stash you can pay to join here. You will need a copy of the pattern, yarn appropriate for the size you are knitting (approximately 1198 – 1677 yards), and appropriate needles to obtain gauge. Don’t forget that we offer 15% all supplies for any of our workshops.
