Youth Sewing Basics

No time for a six week sewing course? Want to learn to use a sewing machine?

Why not start join us for Youth Sewing Basics and make a simple tote bag? You’ll learn how to cut fabric, thread a sewing machine, back stitch, and sew on straps. This youth-only workshop takes you through all the steps of making a bag and you’ll be ready to tackle other bags afterwards.

Limited to 4 students (ages 9-15).

• We provide:  materials, pattern, tools, and instruction
• Kids bring:  themselves and their ideas
• Class length:  2 hours
